Sol On Fire Yoga
High Jinks Rec. Club offers several yoga classes weekly. Everyone is welcome to join in a class, no matter what skill level you are. All classes are provided by Debbie Mai, who is a certified yoga instructor. Debbie is energetic, fun, and always excited to share her passion for yoga.
JOIN A CLASS
You do not have to be a High Jinks member to join our yoga class. Please bring your mat, water bottle, and anything else that you might need for your session. If you do not have a mat or forget your's, we got you! We have mats, blocks, straps, etc. and you are welcome to use our equipment. All classes are available to anyone, no matter the level of experience you are at. All movements and poses can be modified to suit your body. Yoga is about bringing peace and balance to your body and mind. Anyone can do it and we welcome you to come join us and share your energy! Our yoga sessions are held in the front room of High Jinks and normally last around an hour. Please contact us if you have any questions.
